If you're a driven graduate who wants to earn serious money fast, this is worth reading.
Most grad roles will put you in a room, give you a laptop, and pay you £28k for three years while you wait for something to happen. This isn't that.
We're working with a select group of high-performing recruitment firms in Truro and they're looking for exceptionally bright, motivated graduates who want to build real earning power from day one.
The numbers are real.
Starting salary is £26–28k and commission starts on day one at 20–40%. Graduates who come in with the right mindset and work hard -genuinely hard - are hitting £60–80k in year one. The ones who go all in are clearing £80k+. By year two, £100k is a realistic target for top performers.
This is one of very few careers where your intelligence, your work ethic and your drive translate directly into your bank account - with no ceiling, no waiting for a promotion cycle, and no politics standing between you and what you earn.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll be trained across the full 360 recruitment process from day one - building client relationships, headhunting and engaging top candidates, managing interview processes, negotiating offers, and developing your own specialist market. Within months, you'll be running deals, managing your own clients, and building something that compounds over time.
It's commercial, fast-paced and intellectually demanding. The best consultants are the ones who can think quickly, communicate with precision and build trust with senior people across industries.
