Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start or develop their career in sales. No extensive sales experience is required—we're more interested in your attitude, confidence, determination, and willingness to learn.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support while developing the skills needed to become a successful sales professional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking with new and existing customers
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Following up on leads and generating new sales opportunities
  • Preparing quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities
  • Learning about our products, services, and industry
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve company goals

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking to people
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve results
