Are you a graduate who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing?

At Haigh Engineering, we believe the best people understand a business from the ground up. That's why you'll begin your career in our Healthcare Assembly area, spending your first six months gaining hands-on experience of our products, manufacturing processes and the quality standards that have helped build our reputation.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, develop practical manufacturing skills and gain a real understanding of how our products are designed, built and tested. This foundation will prepare you for future opportunities as your experience, knowledge and responsibilities grow.

The Role

  • Assemble specialist healthcare products to the highest quality standards.
  • Learn our manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Develop practical skills using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues across production and engineering.
  • Build a thorough understanding of our products and how they are manufactured.

As your knowledge and experience develop, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress into other areas of the business.
