Job title: IT Operations Graduate

Start date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive
Location: Minstead, Hampshire (just off the A31)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Are you a Graduate or early‑career technology professional looking to take the next step?

At Rapid Repair Network, technology sits at the heart of how we deliver a modern, efficient repair journey for our customers. We actively use AI, automation, in‑house platforms and third‑party systems to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and support business growth.

Working closely with the CTO and teams across the business, this role offers broad exposure across IT operations and digital projects. It is particularly well suited to a graduate or someone 1–2 years post‑graduation who is looking for wider responsibility, hands‑on experience, and the opportunity to develop quickly within a fast‑moving, growing organisation.

Why choose us?

We’re an agile, founder‑led business where technology plays a critical role in how we operate and scale. You’ll work on real systems, real challenges, and meaningful projects rather than being limited to a narrow remit.

This role offers:

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership
  • A hands‑on, practical learning environment
  • Involvement in AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives
  • A broad view of technology within a growing UK‑wide operation

What do we do?

Rapid Repair Network provides mobile automotive repairs across the UK, offering customers a convenient alternative to traditional bodyshop repairs. We’re proud of the success our team has achieved and continue to invest heavily in technology to support our next phase of growth.

What can you expect?

This is a varied, hands‑on role with exposure across multiple areas of IT and technology operations, including:

  • Day‑to‑day IT operations and user support
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access)
  • Working with our managed service provider on support requests and escalations
  • Supporting and improving internal business applications
  • Coordinating with external technology partners, AI vendors, and developers
  • Supporting DevOps workflows, project boards, documentation, and roadmaps
  • Assisting with automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting technology projects from planning through to implementation
  • You’ll be encouraged to get involved in system improvements, process design, and the rollout of new technology across the business.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable individual with a genuine interest in technology who wants to build on their early‑career experience. This role would suit someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years’ experience in a professional environment post‑graduation
  • Is comfortable supporting users and working with business systems
  • Enjoys problem‑solving and learning new technologies
  • Is proactive and willing to take ownership

Essential:

  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong interest in technology, systems, and problem‑solving
  • Experience working in a professional IT or office‑based environment
  • Basic troubleshooting experience in Windows environments
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Office applications
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and general IT issues
  • Exposure to managed service providers or third‑party vendors
  • Basic understanding of networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity
  • Exposure to scripting or development (e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)

Location:

Head Office, Reliable commuting options are required due to the location.
