What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while building your own network of clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with technology professionals and employers
  • Identifying top talent within specialist technology markets
  • Developing new business opportunities through sales and networking
  • Managing interviews, offers, and salary negotiations
  • Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
  • Growing and managing your own client portfolio
  • Becoming a trusted expert within your specialist market

This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where your hard work directly impacts your earnings and career progression.
