Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations across multiple healthcare facilities within a designated region. This vital role involves ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The Regional Nurse Manager will serve as a key leader in promoting best practices in senior care, hospice services, assisted living, and specialized care. Duties

  • Lead and coordinate nursing teams across all facilities within the region, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement regional policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee clinical operations including medication administration, patient assessments, and care planning for diverse populations such as seniors, children, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring care.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with health and safety standards, evaluate patient care quality, and provide mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with administrative leadership to optimize staffing levels, manage budgets, and improve operational workflows.
  • Facilitate training programs on topics such as anatomy knowledge, laboratory procedures, medical imaging interpretation and medication management.
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and quality service delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice or senior care environments.
  • Strong background working with children and individuals with disabilities or special needs.
  • Extensive team management and supervising experience within healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of case management principles to coordinate comprehensive patient services.
  • Familiarity with home care services and managing diverse patient populations across settings.
  • Proficiency in managing medication administration processes and understanding anatomy fundamentals.
  • Experience working with ICU patients or laboratory procedures is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities to lead multidisciplinary teams confidently.
