Overview

Situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside, this centre of excellence is a sought after employer of choice. With its enviable reputation, its customers and colleagues are at the very heart of its culture. Reporting to the Head of HR and working hybrid you will:

  • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on appropriate recruitment tactics/approaches ensuring all inclusive and diverse practices are observed
  • Responding to the needs of the business, establish talent pipelines for both key positions as well as hard to fill roles
  • Maintain the ATS ensuring accurate data to support decision making
  • Constantly review recruitment practices to ensure recruitment processes are subject to continuous improvement
  • Join interview panels as an advisor ensuring all procedures are correctly followed
  • Manage organisation’s PSL

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • CIPD Level 5/working towards or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of current employment law
  • Implementation of recruitment strategies, resourcing candidates directly and effectively using appropriate social media tools
  • Sound Recruitment/Resourcing experience is essential
  • Strong influencing skills and credibility are essential
  • Sound ability using MS Office and HR Systems
