The Role:
The Digital Design Assistant will work across organic social and performance marketing channels and be responsible for assisting the Digital & Motion Designers in the day to day running of these social channels.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Digital Design Assistant, you will need to be creative and confident whilst working within a fast-paced environment and be reactive with your workload as the needs of the business changes. You’ll have a strong eye for detail and innovation which will allow you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm. You must show the ability to explore a range of ideas before demonstrating a design decision through all given projects.
Your main responsibility will be working on a variety of organic social briefs for Instagram, so animation skills are key. Additionally, you will work on banners for performance marketing channels, demonstrating a strong eye for detail.
You must have a can-do positive attitude and follow the briefs set by the wider team whilst keeping track of your time management and ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.

Who you are:
Minimum level of education or qualifications
  • 6 -12 months digital design industry experience, preferably within fashion and ecommerce.
Essential skills/knowledge
  • Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign & Illustrator
Behavioural Skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning and developing design skills.
  • Attention to detail and creative eye.
  • Forward thinking and innovative approach to design projects.
  • Good communication and confident to show initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects.
  • Good time management and can work with pace.
  • Positive approach to constructive design feedback.
