This is a key role supporting the upkeep and presentation of our properties—ensuring all buildings, facilities and guest areas are maintained to the highest possible standard, both functionally and visually.

  • Maintain both interior and exterior building fabric, ensuring spaces are safe, functional and visually appealing.
  • Support general repairs across plumbing, basic electrical, and building works
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times, including fire safety awareness and hazard reporting.
  • Complete required training and support wider team activities as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong painting and decorating experience (essential).
  • Good all-round maintenance knowledge, including basic building, plumbing or electrical work.
  • A practical, adaptable approach with a willingness to take on varied tasks
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ/City & Guilds, Health & Safety) are desirable but not essential

Why Join Champneys?

  • Be part of a well-established, prestigious wellness brand
  • Work in beautiful, unique environments across our estates
  • Gain access to ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team where your work directly enhances the guest experience
