✨ The Role
Challenges you'll tackle
- Strengthen our relationships with European real estate owners.
- Increase European market share by scaling current operating cities and opening new countries.
- Own a high-intensity sales culture for the European team while being far from the company's HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed the European revenue target, carrying a personal quota from day one.
- Build and manage a high-velocity outbound pipeline targeting commercial real estate owners.
- Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close annual recurring-revenue contracts.
- Develop a market-entry playbook tailored to each European sub-region, including pricing, positioning, partnerships and go-to-market sequencing.
- Serve as Alvéole's primary face and voice in Europe by attending industry events, building relationships with CRE associations and generating market intelligence.
- Recruit, hire and lead a small but growing European sales team as revenue milestones are hit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Product to localise the offering and ensure flawless delivery.
- Report accurate forecasts weekly.
