In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care and support to our residents.
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.
About You:
While qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are advantageous, what we value most is your compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with our residents and their families.
