We are an Healthcare Recruitment Agency. (Please note we do not currently offer Sponsorship)

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in a residential / Nursing care setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of person-centred care, supporting individuals with their daily activities and promoting their independence.

Duties:- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating- Support residents with mobility and physical activities- Help in the implementation of individual care plans- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided- Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications: Experience working in a care home or similar setting is advantageous- Basic in IT systems for record-keeping purposes- Good command of English language to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required- Previous experience in care

Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. (Higher rates will apply for roles requiring advanced skills or urgent placement).
