You need to be:

Confident in boiler installations, servicing & repairs

CCN1 qualified with a full UK licence

Be used to dealing with clients to provide high levels of customer satisfaction

Professional, Pro-active and have a good work ethic with a friendly attitude

Qualifications and experience with underfloor heating, air-conditioning and renewables would also be an advantage, but not a necessity.
