Recently finished university and looking for a career where progression, earning potential and personal development are genuinely in your hands?

G&E Group is a collective of specialist Executive Search firms working across Construction, Data Centres and Supply Chain. This is not an average recruitment role - we partner with some of the most influential businesses in the US, helping them hire the senior leaders who drive growth and shape the future of their industries.

Unlike many graduate schemes, we hire exclusively at entry level and promote from within. Every Manager and Director in the business started in the same role you'll be joining, which means the progression path is clear, achievable and based entirely on performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with senior professionals and business leaders
  • Headhunting and interviewing high-performing candidates
  • Developing new client relationships through business development and networking
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Becoming a market expert within your specialist sector

From day one, you'll be speaking with Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives across the US market, with opportunity to build out your own senior network straight from university.
