The role is focused on selling Foodhub’s technology ecosystem, including EPOS, online ordering, QR ordering, handheld ordering, kiosks, KDS, customer apps, payments and related digital solutions.

  • Secure senior level meetings with owners, founders, CEOs, managing directors, operations directors, franchise directors, commercial directors and digital leads.
  • Understand each prospect’s current systems, supplier contracts, operational challenges, commercial pain points and digital growth requirements.
  • Position Foodhub as a credible alternative to existing EPOS providers, ordering platforms, payment providers, aggregators and hospitality technology suppliers.
  • Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, commercial models and solution recommendations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, contract signing and onboarding handover.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deal values, decision makers, next steps, risk points and forecast dates.
  • Work with Product, Operations, Implementation, Training and Customer Success to support smooth onboarding and multi-site rollout planning.
  • Report clearly on pipeline quality, conversion, forecast accuracy and progress against agreed targets.

Essential experience

  • Proven B2B SaaS, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships experience.
  • Experience selling into multi-site restaurant operators, QSR groups, franchised hospitality brands, regional chains or large food service operators.

  • Experience dealing with senior decision makers and presenting clear commercial proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, CRM, forecasting and pipeline management discipline.

Candidate profile

The right candidate will be confident opening doors, building a commercial case and converting complex opportunities into signed partnerships. They must be target driven, resilient, credible with senior stakeholders and comfortable working independently across a field based role. Full UK driving licence required.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
