Personal Trainer / Strength and Conditioning Coach

We’re looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated Personal Trainer/ Strenth and Conditioning Coach to join our team in Bournemouth.

Are you a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Coach looking to join a dynamic team? Lyfe Health in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic coach to help our clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programs and expert guidance.

You will need to demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, with the following specific qualities:

Good communicator, friendly and confident with people

Positive outlook and passionate about your own health and well-being

Commercially confident (confident in your ability to instigate the selling of treatment plans)

Team player and happy to cross refer to other practitioners where necessary

Organised with your clinical activities and paperwork

Well presented

Motivated to grow your practice and therefore happy to attend external promotional events

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients' individual goals
  • Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for a wide range of clients
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs to ensure optimal results
  • Maintain a safe, motivating, and positive environment
  • Provide fitness assessments and lifestyle guidance to promote health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to offer a holistic approach to client care

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in strength and conditioning, ideally within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Desirable:

  • Experience working with clients recovering from injuries or chronic conditions
  • Additional qualifications in nutrition or sports therapy

Salary:

  • We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
