Take on a new challenge and further your career as a WCA Functional Specialist!

This is an exciting remote working opportunity for experienced Assessors with previous experience carrying out WCA assessments to make the most of their knowledge and take on a brand new remote role with a leading, multi-national employer.

With a DWP approved fast track onboarding and approval process, you can be immediately deployed into live WCA delivery and benefit from enhanced pay banding based on previous experience!

· Basic Salary Range £40,500 - £46,000

Your New Role:

· As a WCA Specialist your job will be taking account of a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the individual to conduct a thorough assessment and delivering Work Capability Assessment reports.

· Prepping each case prior to assessment and reaching evidence-based conclusions for each individual.

· As a WCA Functional Specialist, you will have greater job variety and autonomy to manage cases to conclusion which includes gathering further evidence and returning all required documentation to the department.

· You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.

· You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.

Requirements

  • DWP/DfC approval as a WCA Assessor
  • 1+ years post qualification experience as a Nurse, OT, Physio or Paramedic
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
