About the Role

We are recruiting an On-Trade Trainer to join Elevate Global, working in partnership with Stella Artois on a premium global beer brand programme.

This is a field-based role with Elevate Global, delivered in partnership with Stella Artois on a premium On-Trade programme.

This role combines training, coaching, relationship management and in-venue execution, helping to elevate standards across a portfolio of hospitality venues. Acting as a trusted partner to venue teams, you will be responsible for delivering and embedding the globally recognised Stella Artois Perfect Serve methodology, ensuring every serve meets the highest standards of quality, presentation and guest experience.

Working closely with venue managers, operators and hospitality teams, you'll play a key role in driving premium execution, improving service standards and supporting commercial performance across your territory.

The role is primarily London-based. However, there may occasionally be opportunities to support events, activations or venue visits elsewhere in the UK (for example Manchester or other major cities), so candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions across bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels

Embed Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards within On-Trade venues

Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers and hospitality teams

Coach teams to improve service standards, execution and sales performance

Conduct draught quality assessments and service audits

Support brand activations and sales-driving initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve visibility, standards and commercial performance

Conduct regular venue visits, reviews and follow-up coaching sessions

Complete reporting and track programme performance metrics

Represent Stella Artois professionally within the On-Trade environment

Act as a trusted brand partner within your territory

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong On-Trade/bar industry experience with excellent communication, influence and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience within hospitality, sales, training or field-based roles within the On-Trade sector

Strong knowledge of bars, pubs and hospitality operations

A natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, simply and effectively

Commercial awareness and understanding of how to drive sales and performance within hospitality venues

Confidence coaching, influencing and challenging behaviours where appropriate

Resilience and ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Curiosity and genuine interest in understanding venues, customers and their business needs

A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing territory independently

Strong ownership, accountability and organisational skills

Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems independently

Knowledge of beer and draught systems

A genuine personal passion for beer

Experience working with premium brands, premium hospitality groups or premium products would be highly advantageous

A commercially driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results

Flexibility with working hours when required

A willingness to travel

A full UK driving licence (preferred)

Working Environment

Field-based role across On-Trade venues

Regular travel between locations

High levels of autonomy and responsibility

Fast-paced and varied working environment

Regular interaction with client stakeholders and hospitality teams

Exposure to sales, training, brand activation and draught quality execution

Performance & Rewards

Performance is measured across training delivery, venue execution and overall programme impact.

In addition to a salary of £44,000, the role includes an annual performance-related bonus, rewarding individuals who consistently deliver outstanding results.

If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy building relationships, love beer, and want to represent one of the world’s most iconic premium beer brands through Elevate Global, we’d love to hear from you.
