General Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment Venue

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a major city-centre hospitality and entertainment venue in Derry.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position with responsibility for the entire operation, including all food and beverage activity, bars, entertainment and events, customer experience, staffing and management development, sales performance, cost control, stock and GP, wage management, licensing and compliance, security, health & safety and overall venue standards.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the management team, drive revenue and profitability, maintain exceptional operational standards and play a key role in developing the venue’s future direction.

We are looking for a strong hospitality operator with commercial awareness, excellent people-management skills and the ability to lead a high-volume business. Experience may have been gained within restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues or other substantial food and beverage operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious General Manager — or an exceptional senior hospitality manager ready to step up — to take ownership of a significant operation and help shape its next chapter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
