Due to continued expansion and increasing client demand, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Immigration Solicitor or IAAC Level 2 Accredited Senior Caseworker to join our professional and forward-thinking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who demonstrates strong regulatory awareness, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance excellence, and who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected and progressive immigration law firm.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload across all areas of UK Immigration.

You will provide expert and legally robust advice, prepare complex immigration applications, and represent clients where appropriate, ensuring that all work is conducted in strict compliance with:

· Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations

· Immigration Advice Authority (IAA/IAAC) Code of Standards

· UKVI and Home Office policy guidance

· UK Immigration Rules

· Data protection legislation (UK GDPR)

· Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance obligations

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct, client care, file management, and regulatory compliance, while delivering accurate, strategic, and commercially aware immigration advice.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a full caseload of UK immigration matters from instruction through to decision, ensuring efficient case progression and high-quality outcomes

· Prepare and submit immigration applications including:

  • Skilled Worker Visas
  • Sponsor Licence Applications and ongoing Sponsor Compliance
  • Spouse / Partner Visas
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
  • British Citizenship / Naturalisation
  • Student and Visitor Visas
  • Human Rights Applications
  • Asylum Claims

· Draft detailed legal representations, grounds of appeal, pre-action protocol letters, and judicial review applications.

· Represent and conduct appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), where applicable.

· Provide clear, strategic, and accurate immigration advice in line with current UK Immigration Rules, UKVI guidance, and Home Office policy.

· Maintain accurate case records, time recording, and file management systems.

· Adhere strictly to client care protocols, regulatory frameworks, and professional conduct obligations.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients while delivering excellent client care.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), regulated by the SRA
  • OR
  • IAAC Level 2 Accredited Senior Caseworker
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK Immigration Law
  • Strong working knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and Home Office policy
  • Excellent drafting and strong case management and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical practice
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain regulatory compliance standards
