We’re looking for a process-driven Customer IT Compliance Manager to join our expert team at Veterinary IT Services – the UK’s leading MSP focused solely on the veterinary industry.

This is not a traditional engineering role. As a Customer IT Compliance Manager, you’ll own the long-term technical health of a set group of clients. Your mission is to assess, document, and align client IT environments to our established standards, using a proactive and strategic approach. You’ll collaborate closely with our Centralised Services team and vCIOs to ensure every client is secure, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular Technical Alignment Reviews (TARs) for assigned clients across the UK
• Assess client environments against our best practice standards
• Identify technical risks and misalignments and maintain accurate documentation
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication and value-driven conversations
• Recommend improvements, feeding directly into the vCIO process for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Work with internal teams (Service Desk, Centralised Services, Projects) to support smooth technical operations
• Contribute to the evolution of our standards and documentation processes

You’ll Need

• 2+ years in a technical support or service delivery role within an MSP
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, and SME infrastructure
• Understanding of RMM/PSA tools (Kaseya, Autotask), and IT documentation platforms (e.g. IT Glue)
• Exceptional communication skills – confident speaking with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with technical auditing or client-facing infrastructure assessments
• Proactive mindset and strong personal accountability
• Ability to travel to client sites across the UK (driving license required)
