About the role

The IT Team Coordinator will provide vital administrative support to the Technical Support Team, ensuring all internal departmental administration and coordination tasks are completed to a high standard. In addition, the post holder will also be responsible for the day to day system administration of the Service Desk support system.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Working with service users to ensure each is updated with their respective support query.
  • Processing applications for staff security badges and issue temporary badges to visitors to Medvivo Offices
  • Ensuring the IT Service Desk management system is kept up to date and accurate by adding, changing or removing information as appropriate.
  • Assisting with production of internal reports generated by the IT Service Desk management system.

About you

As someone who can evidence a strong administration skillset, you will be confident in undertaking administration duties with high levels of accuracy and follow through. With a keen eye for detail, you will be highly efficient, organised and possess proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.

You will be an effective communicator, communicating with service users and Medvivo colleagues on a regular basis. You will be required to log service requests and ensure response KPIs and SLA targets are met, working closely with members of the Technical Support Team.

Experience of working within an IT Service Desk team would be desirable but not essential.
