This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop your technical skills and work towards a recognised Level 3 IT Support qualification — all while earning a salary.

You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, helping users solve technical issues, supporting hardware and software, and learning how technology keeps a business running. • Setting up, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops and other IT equipment
  • Supporting users with common technical issues and helping to minimise downtime
  • Learning about different network environments and IT infrastructure
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior members of the IT team when required
  • Keeping users updated and providing excellent customer service

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships, so you don't need to know everything from day one. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in IT.

  • A genuine passion for technology and IT
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A logical and practical approach to problem-solving
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Grade 5/C in GCSE English and Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Full training and support throughout your apprenticeship
  • The opportunity to gain valuable hands-on IT experience
  • A recognised Level 3 IT Support qualification
  • Opportunities for future progression and further training

This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick-start a career in IT. Whether you've always been interested in computers, enjoy fixing technical problems or simply want to learn more about the world of technology, this role will give you the opportunity to build your skills and gain experience in a real working environment.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT Support. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You'll get hands-on experience across all areas of technical support, from configuring devices and supporting users with software issues to troubleshooting hardware, resolving technical problems and learning about networks and IT infrastructure. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and gain the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
