Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic technical support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about IT support and customer service to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure seamless operation of our products and services. This position is paid and ideal for recent graduates or those looking to advance their engineering career.

Duties

  • Producing work instructions, quality reports, documentation
  • Creating & modifying training material
  • Load calculations, layout drawings, chassis specifications
  • Technical support for Field Service Engineers
  • Sales support for products
  • Assisting the team with Homologation work
  • Modifying/ creating technical drawings
  • Creating processes for the business
  • Delivering internal & external training
  • Developing fixes & engineering solutions to problems

Skills

  • Basic understanding of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Mechanical Systems
  • Understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and new products.
  • Able to communicate at all levels, particularly able to effectively liaise/guide customers in detailed technical matters
  • Able to recognise learning styles and adapt delivery accordingly
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Strong team player
  • Provide technical solutions

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
