What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining clarity on progress and interdependencies
• Developing and maintaining programme plans, timelines and milestone reporting for leadership
• Facilitating governance activities, including risk and issue management oversight
• Supporting Agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery across teams working in iterative cycles
• Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across product, engineering and operations
• Collaborating on backlog refinement and user story prioritisation in partnership with product and delivery teams
• Supporting financial analysis and process improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• 3–5+ years' experience in project or programme management, with exposure to end-to-end delivery
• Demonstrable experience in programme governance, multi-workstream coordination and risk and issue management
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery models and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to manage expectations across multiple teams
• Experience with reporting, governance frameworks and financial oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Nice-to-have

• Master's degree
• Proven experience in process improvement or financial analysis
• Familiarity with user story creation and backlog refinement in Agile environments
• Background in fast-paced, matrix-led organisations
