Domiciliary Care Assistant/ Support worker Drivers - surrounding Sittingbourne Area

Locations: Sittingbourne, Faversham and Gillingham

Will be travelling between these areas for shifts, each shift will be 1 area at a time.

Competitive Hourly Rates + Weekly Pay

Your Role:

As a Health care assistant/ Support worker, you will be essential in ensuring the wellbeing of our clients service users by providing exceptional support. Collaborating with colleagues, you will inspire an environment where service users feel valued, respected, and can maintain their individuality and dignity, leading fulfilling lives.

Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and feeding.

Assist with mobility and help service users maintain their independence.

Support with medication prompting (where required).

Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.

Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 6 months of UK care experience (care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, or supported living).

A caring, empathetic, and professional approach.

Up-to-date Moving & Handling and Basic Life Support training (or willingness to obtain).

Right to work in the UK.

Flexibility to travel as it will be for locations in surrounding areas

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE OWN VEHICLE!
