We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Rooms Technician to join or growing Engineering team.

From luxury guest rooms and public areas to behind-the-scenes operations, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel is maintained to the exceptional standards our guests expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across guest rooms, corridors, public areas, offices, and back of house spaces
- Responding efficiently to maintenance requests, including emergency repairs in occupied guest rooms
- Using the HotSOS system in real time to manage, update, and close tasks accurately
- Supporting the wider Engineering team with day-to-day repairs and maintenance projects
- Maintaining Engineering areas in a safe, clean, and organised condition
- Delivering a seamless luxury guest experience through attention to detail and pride in your work
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance or engineering experience within hotels, hospitality, or a customer-focused environment
- Practical knowledge across general maintenance disciplines such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, or basic HVAC
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Someone who communicates confidently and works well both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards
