ポジション概要

英国および欧州各国における不動産投資・開発事業の拡大を支えるマーケティングリサーチ担当者を募集します。

投資判断や事業戦略策定に必要な市場調査、データ分析、レポート作成を担い、投資チームと連携しながら事業成長を支援していただきます。オフィス、物流施設、住宅を中心とした不動産アセットに関するリサーチ業務を担当し、経営判断に直結するアウトプットを提供いただくポジションです。

業務内容

不動産市場調査・分析

  • 英国および欧州各国における不動産投資・開発事業に関する市場調査
  • マーケットレポート、分析資料およびプレゼンテーション資料の作成
  • 投資案件の社内承認資料における市場分析パートの作成支援
  • 投資判断や事業戦略立案に必要な各種リサーチ業務の実施

  • PowerPoint、Excelを活用した分析・レポート作成スキル
  • AIツール等を活用しながら効率的に情報整理・アウトプットを行える方

  • 不動産調査会社、市場調査会社等での実務経験
