About the Role

Deluxe Jewellers is a luxury jewellery and watch business based in Hatton Garden, London. We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Jewellery Assistant to join our team.

This is a casual, relaxed and hands-on role within a fast-paced luxury environment. No previous jewellery or watch experience is essential — we are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, confident and eager to learn.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience and knowledge of the luxury watch and jewellery market, including some of the world’s most recognised brands and products.

You will work closely with the business owner and wider team, assisting with day-to-day tasks while gradually developing your knowledge of watches, jewellery, customers and the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

● Providing general personal assistant support

● Helping with day-to-day administration and organisation

● Assisting with customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media

● Helping organise appointments and customer consultations

● Assisting with basic computer and accountancy/admin tasks

● Preparing and organising paperwork, invoices and documents

● Assisting with jewellery and watch stock organisation

● Helping with photography, social media and online content when required

● Supporting with customer orders, collections and deliveries

● Carrying out general office duties

● Learning about luxury watches, jewellery and the buying/selling process

● Assisting the team with various tasks as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

● Reliable and punctual

● Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

● Confident communicating with customers

● Comfortable using computers and basic software

● Presentable and professional

● A quick learner with a positive attitude

● Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

● Interested in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion or business

● Able to work independently but also as part of a small team

Jewellery or watch experience is not required. Full guidance and training will be provided.
