As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business requirements.

Information Tech Consultants Ltd is a UK-based IT consultancy working with global clients including Fortune 500 & FTSE 100 companies.

We are seeking a skilled Java/Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and backend development practices. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Integrate applications with databases and third-party services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code/ coding practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of Spring Framework modules (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
  • Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
  • Experience with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
