- Ensuring users have the appropriate level of access necessary to perform their role
- Develop and test arrangements to ensure critical IT systems availability following a disaster
- Identify and drive improvements to reduce the number of incidents
- Design, document, and communicate system standards and approve exceptions
YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
- Technically and functionally experienced with enterprise applications (with demonstratable experience with O2C and P2P processes) – must-have experience
- Willing to continue your development by learning additional applications
- Experienced delivering relevant support to end users and, ideally, involvement in upgrade, enhancement, or implementation projects
- Experienced working with application bolt-on solutions
- Experienced working with vendors during projects and for operational service delivery
- Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
- In possession of a full UK driver’s license
WE SUPPORT AND CARE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH…
