Baltic Apprenticeships are working in partnership with Ensign Software to find their next Software Support Apprentice. Ensign Software provides specialist software solutions and support services, helping organisations implement and optimise technology that improves efficiency and business performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping people and working with technology. As a Software Support Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting customers, coordinating software rollouts and developing valuable technical and customer service skills.

 In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Applications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Provide software installation guidance and coordinate customer enquiries

Support clients with service-related issues and troubleshooting

Guide customers through software rollout and transition phases

Coordinate and support clients’ online training requirements

Assist customers with post-installation and user-related queries

Keep clients informed about service status updates and incidents

Contribute to internal and external customer support meetings

Support incident and problem management activities

Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and by the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
Salary: £15,080 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm

Your Training with Baltic:
This Level 3 Digital Applications Technician Apprenticeship provides everything you need to launch a successful career in software support and digital applications. You’ll gain practical experience supporting customers, troubleshooting software issues, managing service requests and working with business systems and applications. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll develop the technical knowledge, customer service expertise and confidence needed to thrive in the tech industry. You’ll be based full-time with your employer and quickly become a valued member of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
