About the Role

As a Private Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between consultants and private patients, ensuring smooth, professional service every step of the way. From managing patient journeys to supporting consultants across multiple specialties, you’ll keep everything running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate patient bookings, appointments, and correspondence
  • Provide high-level secretarial support to consultants
  • Communicate confidently with patients, GPs, hospitals, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
  • Handle audio typing and use modern practice management systems

What We’re Looking For

✔ Previous experience as a medical secretary is essential
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, Teams)
✔ Attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
✔ Familiarity with practice management software (bonus!)
