We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in Huntingdon.

Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 37 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be a vital point of contact for our customers, managing appointments and delivering exceptional service. What will you be responsible for?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service. Your day to day will include:

• Planning and confirming appointments with customers using various communication methods including phone, social media, live chat and WhatsApp
• Handling customer queries and directing questions to the appropriate teams for resolution
• Managing your workload proactively to meet key targets and performance measures
• Keeping systems and databases updated at all times to ensure accurate information
• Supporting process improvements to enhance first time resolution for customers

• You have experience within a customer service environment, particularly over the phone
• You possess excellent IT and communication skills
• You enjoy working collaboratively with others to reach effective solutions
• You're someone who delivers on promises and approaches work with care and attention
• You're clear and disciplined in your approach, with a focus on delivering for customers
