We are still expanding due to our success and need property creatives with energy and maybe its you? Like being on the move and hate routine? A varied position for a person with a positive outlook Who’s happy to travel across our great city

We're an enthusiastic London company combining property marketing and compliance Around since 2008

You'll visit 3 to 4 properties a day of varying conditions from mansions to bedsits across Greater London So you must like travelling

You’ll take HDR photos, laser measur/sketch property floor plans, you’ll be required to capture video, virtual tours and drone so a willingness to learn these extra skills are essential. Basic editing skills would be useful.

People skills are crucial as you’ll be meeting vendors, tenants and agents as well as kids and pets! Good time management and the ability to communicate all day with the office and take constructive criticism and praise!

We can provide all equipment

This is not a strict 9-5 job as earlier starts and later finishes may sometimes be required

Main Responsibilities

  • Visit 3 to 4 properties daily to take HDR photographs and /or produce a video and floor plan sketch in accordance with RICS standards and guidelines.
  • Send off your floor plan sketches, images video etc end of day for overnight processing by our editors in Asia
  • Ensure that all the returned overnight processed materials are checked, amended, uploaded and available to our clients by 10:00 AM using our portal

1 Saturday a month with Monday off will be required

1. Full kit provided

2. £2000 yearly travel allowance or moped

3. 4 weeks statutory paid holiday increased yearly
