Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Site Maintenance and General Grounds person. A positive 'can do' attitude along with a willingness to learn are essential.

If you are practically minded and have associated transferrable skills then training will be given.

You will be required to work with drive and enthusiasm on your own initiative and as an integral part of the site team.

The role covers five days a week and may occasionally include weekends / bank holidays on a rota basis.

Experience of using hand tools, basic light machinery, ride on mowers and hand held strimmer's is desirable but training will be given to the right candidate.

Duties will include, general grounds maintenance, caravan siting, slabbing and general groundworks. Being physically fit is essential to carry out these works

Must have a full clean driving licence

Keep all areas including all communal areas clean, tidy and free from litter etc.

Promote and ensure the excellent reputation of the caravan park.

Behave in a way that is compliant with the Company's Health and safety Policy.

This list is not exhaustive as the role can be extremely varied and interesting.
