Full job description

Account Manager

£75,000 + bonus

A vibrant, food-led operation bringing together hospitality, a Brasserie and a high-quality staff dining restaurant is looking for a brand-new Account Manager.

This is a flagship account, playing an important role within the wider business and regularly hosting senior stakeholder visits. We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to take ownership of this high-profile site, make their mark and drive an exceptional food and guest experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead a strong team, influence the operation and play a key role in an important contract!

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of circa 35 people, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Drive an exceptional food and hospitality experience across all dining areas
  • Build strong relationships with the client, understanding their expectations and continually looking for ways to exceed them.
  • Take ownership of financial performance, budgets, cost control and commercial opportunities within a cost-plus environment.
  • Champion food quality, creativity and consistency across all areas of the operation.
  • Develop and maintain high standards across service, presentation, food safety and compliance.
  • Work closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to continually evolve the offer and keep the operation exciting and relevant.
  • Use customer and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Play an active role in developing the wider team and supporting succession and talent development.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine foodie with strong hospitality instincts who understands that great service is just as important as great food.
  • A natural leader who can bring energy, personality and confidence to the team
  • Commercially aware, with a good understanding of budgets, costs and financial performance.
  • A confident communicator who can build credible relationships with senior clients.
  • A strong communicator with excellent people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate others where needed
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple areas of a complex operation.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to step up, take ownership of a high-profile food-led operation and grow into their next level of leadership.
