Journey to Joining Our Amazing Team 1 Submit Your Application Apply online by submitting your CV, ensuring it highlights how your experience aligns with the Manager role. 2 Initial Screening Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience. 2 Interview Preparation SWOT Analysis: If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Area Manager. As part of your preparation, you'll need to complete a SWOT analysis of the store you are applying to. You can do this at a time that works best for you before your interview. 3 Interview The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs).
