Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal PA to join a highly respected specialist law firm in Birmingham, West Midlands on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly and collaborative Family Law team, supporting three Family Solicitors while developing into a broader Office Manager position over time. Based in Birmingham, the job offers a salary of £28,000 to £32,000, full or part-time hours, hybrid working following training, and excellent long-term career progression within a supportive working environment.

About the Role

This Legal PA job offers far more than traditional secretarial support. Working closely with three Family Solicitors and alongside the current Office Manager, you will become a trusted member of the team with increasing responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office. As the position develops, you will have the opportunity to take on wider operational and office management duties, making this an excellent long-term career opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office and gradually taking on additional office management responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to ensure administrative processes operate smoothly
  • Providing comprehensive PA support to three Family Solicitors
  • Coordinating diaries, appointments and meetings
  • Preparing legal correspondence and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Managing client communications and providing an exceptional standard of client care
  • Maintaining organised files and ensuring documentation is accurately recorded
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the wider Family Law team

About You

You will have previous experience working as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support position. You will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, take pride in delivering an excellent service and be looking for a job that offers genuine long-term progression. This Legal PA opportunity in Birmingham would suit someone who is keen to broaden their responsibilities over time.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
