Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join the Sutton contract. In this key role, you will inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional service while encouraging active lifestyles within the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Monitor performance metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus.
• Passion for promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.
