We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team based at our North London depot in Hemel Hempstead. You'll have your own portfolio of convenience stores across your territory, helping customers stock the products shoppers love, spotting new opportunities, upselling and helping your customers understand the popular snacks and trends.

It's a busy, rewarding Monday to Friday role where no two days are ever the same and the miles fly by.

The successful candidate will ideally live within 30 minutes of the Depot in Hemel Hempstead.

What's involved in being a Sales Representative for Bobby's:

• The working day (we operate Monday – Friday), will see you visiting a variety of existing customers, ensuring they have the products they are looking for and promoting/selling new products or promotions.
• Providing first class customer service to new & existing customers.
• Generating sales delivered directly from the van and partly from central distribution.
• Expanding the product range, selling new products and promotions, replenishing existing lines.
• Improving product siting and presentation in store with the customer.
• Canvassing of new customers in your area.
• Completing paperwork for each customer.

To do your job successfully, you will receive:

• Ongoing support from regional and national development teams.
• Comprehensive on the job training programme.
• An initial 3-4 weeks on the job training programme.

Who would suit the role of Sales Representative? You would be a good match if you have:

• An outgoing, friendly personality and good people skills.
• The ability to build relationships and provide top class customer service.
• The right skills and/or experience to succeed in a sales role.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
