Salary: £29,400 per annum

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends and on-call rota

Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our brand-new Hazelwood Extra Care home is warm, friendly, modern, state of the art building Based in Whitchurch, Hazelwood is a vibrant scheme with 71 spacious apartments with a lovely lounge area, restaurant open to public, fabulous guest facilities, garden, hobby room and parking facilities onsite.
Joining our team at Hazelwood, will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence.

In this role, you will have a direct hand in making a difference to their life not only from a Care perspective but also from taking care of their Housing needs. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead, mentor, coach a team of Housing and Care Assistants to deliver person centered care to our residents.
