About Us:
PIK PADEL is a vibrant and growing padel club, bringing people together through sport, community, and great experiences. Alongside our courts, we offer a welcoming cafe space where players and guests can relax, socialise, and enjoy quality food and coffee. We pride ourselves on creating an energetic, friendly environment with excellent customer service at its core.

The Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to be join the PIK PADEL team. This is a varied role combining reception duties with cafe service, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Manage bookings, court schedules, and enquiries (in person, phone, and online)
  • Handle check-ins, payments, and basic admin tasks
  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and light food in the cafe area
  • Deliver excellent cafe service, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the entire premises, including reception, cafe, seating areas, and facilities
  • Promote events, memberships, and club activities
  • Work closely with coaches and the wider team to create a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 or over
  • A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
  • Barista experience or willingness to learn coffee preparation
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and reliable team player
  • Interest in sport or padel is a bonus, but not essential
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
