The Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Sales Assistant & Key Holder who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including key holding responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and strong product knowledge
  • Engage confidently with customers to build rapport and maximise sales opportunities
  • Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Process transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Assist with stock replenishment and maintain excellent store standards
  • Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder
  • Ensure store security and follow company policies and procedures at all times

About You

  • Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic — you enjoy engaging with customers
  • Passionate about footwear, apparel, and lifestyle brands
  • Sales-driven and motivated by achieving targets
  • Experienced in retail, sales, or customer service (footwear or apparel experience is an advantage)
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable taking responsibility as a Key Holder
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
