Job Summary

At Montana Pro Elite, we are dedicated to providing exceptional training in hair and makeup artistry. Our academy is known for fostering creativity and skill, allowing students to thrive in the dynamic beauty industry.

*Role Overview:*

We are seeking a talented and passionate Session Hair and Makeup Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the beauty industry, particularly in session work, and a strong desire to inspire the next generation of artists.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on session hair and makeup techniques.

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

- Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry trends.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students.

- Assist in the organization of workshops and demonstrations.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a session hair and makeup artist with a strong portfolio.

- Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for education is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.

- Relevant qualifications in hair and makeup artistry.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive academy culture.
