Trainee Area Manager

£31,000 pa

This is a full-time varied role where no two days will be the same with opportunities to work in the various aspects of hospitality and retail management.

The Role

It will offer you the chance to develop your skills and build a career. You will be:

  • Supporting General Managers and department heads, ensuring high standards across operations, service, and performance
  • Conducting regular visits to the various properties ensuring all sites consistently meet company standards
  • Monitoring and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth
  • Champion compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations

There is a requirement to work 3 weekday evenings per week on site.

Essentials

The successful candidate will have most or all of the following:

  • A driving licence is essential because much of your time will be spent working on site at the brewery's pubs.
  • Experience working in pubs, restaurants etc
  • Personable and an excellent communicator, with fluent English language.
  • Live within a 45 min journey of Tadcaster, North Yorkshire LS24 9SB.
  • Have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with a long-established independent family-run brewery, which can provide good career progression outside of the monotone corporate world.
