Are you a people person? Passionate about hospitality? Ready to take the next step towards running your own pub?

We're looking for a confident, friendly and hardworking individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Manager, with a genuine opportunity to progress into pub management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Personality is everything! We want someone who is naturally welcoming, confident, approachable and loves making guests feel at home.

Hospitality experience – Ideally, you're already working in hospitality, perhaps as a supervisor or team leader, and you're ready to take that next step into management.

A strong work ethic – Let's face it, hospitality isn't a 9–5 job! It's long days, late nights, busy weekends and sometimes unsociable hours. We want someone who understands the industry, embraces the challenges and genuinely enjoys what they do.

A passion for the industry – We're looking for someone who sees hospitality as a career, not just a job.

  • Leading, motivating and managing a team
  • Stock control, ordering and managing suppliers

  • Understanding the business side of running a pub
  • Personal licence
  • First aid
  • BII cellar certification
  • Fire marshall
