Accounts Administrator
Full time and permanent

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Location: Manchester City Centre

Nexis Property is growing fast and we are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our expanding Finance Team. This is an opportunity to be part of a high performing, forward thinking business where accuracy, professionalism and great service are at the heart of everything we do.

You will play an important part in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly each day. From handling rental income and contractor invoices to supporting landlords and tenants with account queries, your work will directly support the wider operations of the business.

What you will be doing

  • Processing and reconciling daily rental payments
  • Making timely landlord payments and producing statements
  • Chasing overdue rent and supporting arrears management
  • Processing contractor invoices and confirming authorisation
  • Handling service charge, insurance and ground rent invoices
  • Managing utility and council tax bills
  • Supporting landlords, tenants and internal teams with account queries
  • Managing financial handovers at the end of tenancy
  • Providing admin support including filing, scanning and data entry
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Preparing financial reports when required

What you must have

  • Mandarin speaking and reading ability. This is essential for the role and required for day to day duties.
  • Strong IT and system skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and internal departments
  • A proactive, problem solving approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
