Mayfair Health/Evolution is looking for an exceptional Clinical Administrator to join our friendly team at our busy Physiotherapy clinic, Pilates studio, and Personal training facility in South Kensington.

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences?

We're looking for an outstanding Clinical Administrator to become the operational heart of our busy multidisciplinary clinic, gym, and Pilates studio in South Kensington.

This is much more than a reception role. You'll be the person who keeps everything running seamlessly, coordinating clinicians' diaries, supporting our team, and ensuring every client receives a warm, professional, and effortless experience from their first enquiry to the completion of their treatment journey.

If you enjoy taking ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple clinician diaries
  • Booking appointments
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Managing insurance claims
  • Supporting the clinical team
  • Creating a seamless experience for every client
  • Building strong client relationships

We're looking for someone with:

  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • The ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently
