Territory Sales Manager

South East / Field Based

Looking for a sales role where you can genuinely build relationships, grow revenue, and make a real impact?

This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

BPR Medical Ltd is growing and looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to join the team. This role offers the chance to work with innovative healthcare products that genuinely improve patient care, while giving you the autonomy to manage and grow your own territory

We’re open to speaking with talented sales professionals from outside the medical sector — particularly those with strong experience in relationship management, consultative sales, account & revenue growth, territory management, or complex B2B sales environments.

If you know how to build trust, spot opportunities, and grow customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Why This Role Stands Out?

We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to developing long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and becoming a trusted contact across your territory.

You’ll inherit existing business while also having the freedom to develop new opportunities across NHS and private healthcare customers. The role combines autonomy, relationship management, strategic thinking, and face-to-face customer engagement.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input, and commercial thinking will be valued.

The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a defined territory across the South East region, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

You’ll work closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.

Travel will be an integral part of this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts across your territory
  • Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Delivering a relationship based, solutions-focused sales approach
  • Creating territory plans and managing your sales pipeline effectively
  • Working closely with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and customer activity
  • Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Providing excellent customer support and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate sales activity records

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have

  • Results driven, excited by meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in account management, territory sales, relationship management where driving sales is a key element of your role
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing customers or developing long-term accounts
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • A desire and ambition to succeed
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Previous medical sales experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates from sectors such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, business services, education sales, recruitment, hospitality, automotive, SaaS, or technical sales are all encouraged to apply. Drive, ambition and commitment are more important to us.

In return we can offer:

  • A salary range from £38,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience
  • Car allowance
  • Bonus scheme
  • Field-based working
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • Genuine career development opportunities
  • The opportunity to join a growing and innovative business
  • The chance to work in a role where you can genuinely make a difference

If you enjoy building relationships, developing accounts, and working in a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company car
  • Company pension
  • Private medical insurance
