Role: Performance Nutritionist

Hours: Full time, which will include evenings and weekend working

Power the performance of our academy squad

Working at our world-class training ground, you will design and deliver leading-edge, evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to individual athletes and age-group squads. You will plan and execute engaging group educational sessions, individual consultations, and tailored workshops across specific academy age groups. You will work closely with coaches, medical teams, sports scientists, and our catering team to build periodised, performance-focused menus and dietary interventions.

Experience that will help you thrive

- Applied Elite Sport Experience: You will have a proven track record delivering sports nutrition support to athletes and coaches in a high-performance setting (ideally within professional team sports)

- Data-Driven Strategy: You will have experience assessing physiological data and translating it into actionable, practical nutrition plans for growth, weight management, or performance recovery

- Collaborative & Pragmatic: You must be an engaging communicator who builds high-trust relationships with young players, coaches, parents, and staff

- Key Qualifications: We are looking for someone with a higher degree (MSc or equivalent) in a relevant field, SENr accreditation (or working towards), and ISAK Level 1 accreditation
