Customer Service Advisor

Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

About QCD Revive Collision Centre

QCD Revive Collision Centre is a manufacturer-approved accident repair centre committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Brackley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within the automotive repair industry who enjoys both customer service and parts administration in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience while supporting the smooth running of the workshop through efficient parts management and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone, email and in person.
  • Manage customer complaints and work towards prompt resolutions.
  • Keep customers, insurers and other stakeholders updated throughout the repair process.
  • Book vehicle collections and deliveries while liaising with company drivers.
  • Maintain transport schedules and update relevant systems.
  • Create and maintain repair job packs.
  • Update bodyshop management systems and insurer portals accurately.
  • Work towards departmental KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Move customer vehicles safely around the site when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised and thrives in a busy environment.

Essential

  • Minimum 1 year's experience using bodyshop management systems.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Good IT and computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor.
  • Automotive or accident repair centre experience.
  • Knowledge of vehicle components and repair methods.
  • Experience using automotive parts ordering systems and supplier portals.
  • Experience working with insurance repair networks.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am – 4:30pm

No weekends.

Salary

£20,000 – £26,000 per year

Salary dependent upon experience.
