Location: Feering, just outside Colchester (on-site)

Role Expectations:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers regarding their travel insurance needs (no cold calling).

Schedule:

  • Training: Induction training will be 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9-4:30 for full and part-time staff

Experience:

  • Preferred: 1 year in customer service and/or call centre.
  • Desirable: Experience in care or medical knowledge.

Background Checks: All successful candidates will undergo Experian background checks; valid ID is required.
