Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to work flexible hours online. The position is entirely remote and can be fitted around other commitments. The service operates from 6 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews.
  • Use a combination of video, telephone and text-based consultations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a broad spectrum of conditions.
  • Prescribe medication in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Refer to specialists, where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Educate patients on health management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements

  • Must be on the GMC GP register with a licence to practise.
  • Experience of digital healthcare is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver empathetic patient messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within our clinical team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical guidelines.

This role offers an engaging environment for healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred services in the online environment. The role allows for flexible working is blocks of 1 - 4 hours at a time. We provide indemnity insurance cover.

Pay: £60.00-£100.00 per hour
