This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and people-focused professional to make a real impact supporting nursery managers, driving quality, and ensuring children receive the best possible start in life.

From leading quality audits to supporting occupancy growth and team development, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about high standards in early years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion safeguarding, inclusion, and health & safety
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a senior or multi-site early years leadership role
  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare (Level 5+ desirable)
  • Deep understanding of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and nursery operations
  • Inspirational leadership and strong communication skills
  • Approachable, organised, and solutions-focused
  • Able to travel between settings across Poole and surrounding areas

What We Offer:

  • We are pleased to now offer a 75% childcare discount to our staff, supporting working parents in balancing their careers and family life.
  • Car Allowance
  • Paycare Medical Cover -contributions towards everything from dental and optical cover to free same day GP appointments and Lifestyle Assessment.
  • MyGym / MyActive discounts – up to 25% off your monthly gym fees and from all your gym clothing and equipment. All types of gyms covered, from David Lloyds to your local council-run leisure centre.
  • Paycare Perks – shopping discounts from over 300 High Street stores including Sainsburys, John Lewis, H&M, Boots and New Look.

  • Training and Development – benefit from our sector-leading, regular training programmes that helps us ensure every child in our care has the very best start for their lifetime of learning.
  • Plus 33 days holiday including bank holidays, employer pension contributions, car allowance and business mile contribution.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We expect all staff to share this commitment.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo comprehensive suitability checks, including:
